History:
Chris had a what one could call a neglected childhood and just a plain awful life when living in the world ruled by his once evil older brother. But, all of these ended once he traveled back in time to cause his brother to never become evil, which resulted in whole new life for him. Although, he had lost his fiance through the mission, he ended up saving the life of his brother and the relationship with his father. And now, that his parents, aunts, and uncles were gone, the lessons he learned from his father helped him now to act as a guardian for his younger siblings and cousins. To help pay for the bills at the house, he writes editorial pieces for the Bay Mirror and helps Wyatt out at the club. In his spare time, he works on the novel he is writing and maybe even attempting to get published.
Personality:
Chris is rather shy, probably because of all the attention his brother Wyatt had received over him when they were children. He tends to be the more responsible one out of the two oldest Halliwell children. Sometimes he'll just lock himself in his room for hours and hours just writing or perhaps even reading, which also adds to his shy factor. But, he is good and controlling the household and taking care of most of the responsibilities. Sure, he may be overly protective sometimes (just like his father), but it is always through love and care.

Well, when I play a younger version of Chris who still attends college here is his intro:
'Why don't you something with your life?'
The words of his father from his phone call last night echoed in Chris's head as she sat on his bed, his legs curled up to his chin. His tight blue-buttoned shirt was unbuttoned at the first few button-holes letting himself breathe and feel more relaxed after the fight between him and his father. Chris's sea-green eyes looked down at his unclean wooden floor. He spotted his worn out Romeo & Juliet book tossed into the corner of the room. If it was any other time, he would have immediately gotten up and put it back on his jammed-packed book shelf where it belonged, but now...
He did not know whether to get up and check if anyone else in the Manor was awake, but he supposed it was too early as he checked the alarm on his nightstand. Chris was debating on whether to go to class today, but after his conversation with his father last night, it seemed like he would not care whether or not he went to class to prepare him for becoming an author. Despite how Chris had attempted to mend his father and his relationship when he time traveled into the future to save Wyatt, somehow it had not worked completely. Chris leaned back against the backboard of his bed, and closed his eyes, hoping in some way he would fall back asleep.
Chris’s eyes sprang open as he heard something in the attic above him. He soon realized it just must be a rat or maybe even his imagination and nothing to worry about, but he debated on whether or not to get up and reveal that he was awake or just stay in bed figuring that if anyone saw him awake he would force him to go to class. But, Chris did just not see the point anymore in attending college, for it seemed like no one appreciated his dreams of becoming an author. He eyed the neatly stacked pile of papers on the desk of his room (which was once Prue’s and then Paige’s). These papers contained the first five chapters of his fantasy novel he had been working on over the past month, but hadn’t worked on for at least a week.
Chris finally decided to slowly get up. He headed for the bathroom, and silently turned on the faucet. He brought his face toward the sink and washed his face with the cold, clean water. Already shaved from the early, very early, morning when he was extremely bored without sheep, he reached for the bottle of hair gel in the cabinet and squirted some into his hand. He quickly gelled up the front part of his deep brown hair that usually acted as his bangs to frame around his eyes.
Even if he wasn’t going to go to class today, he at least had to look presentable. Chris changed out of the button shirt he had worn yesterday and all through the night and slipped on a bright orange t-shirt, accompanied by his favorite dusty green jacket. Leaving it unbuttoned, he sat back down on his bed still debating on whether to go downstairs or not.
